Policies and Rules

• We are a no smoking, no pets home
• Christmas and New Year's have a five night minimum
• Thanksgiving has a four night minimum
• Memorial and Labor and Presidents' Days have three night minimums
• Summer has a four night minimum
• During the off-season, nonholiday dates (September 15 through June 15) there is a two night minimum
• Our maximum occupancy is 10 persons
• One half down is required to hold your reservation
• To cancel and receive a refund you must do so at least four weeks prior to your arrival date
• Check-in is at 3 p.m.; check-out is at 11 a.m.
• A damage deposit of $300 is required

Rates:

• New Year's five night minimum, $350 a night.
• Christmas five night minimum $275 a night.
• Memorial, Labor and Presidents' Days, 3 night minimum, $275 a night.
• Off-season, nonholiday, two night minimum, $195 a night.
• Summer, four night minimum $225-$275 a night. Call for occasional special offers.
• Prices do not include 8% lodging tax and $95 cleaning fee.
