Policies and Rules
- We are a no smoking, no pets home
- Christmas and New Year's have a five night minimum
- Thanksgiving has a four night minimum
- Memorial and Labor and Presidents' Days have three night
minimums
- Summer has a four night minimum
- During the off-season, nonholiday dates (September 15 through
June 15) there is a two night minimum
- Our maximum occupancy is 10 persons
- One half down is required to hold your reservation
- To cancel and receive a refund you must do so at least four
weeks prior to your arrival date
- Check-in is at 3 p.m.; check-out is at 11 a.m.
- A damage deposit of $300 is required
Rates:
- New Year's five night minimum, $350 a night.
- Christmas five night minimum $275 a night.
- Memorial, Labor and Presidents' Days, 3 night minimum, $275
a night.
- Off-season, nonholiday, two night minimum, $195 a night.
- Summer, four night minimum $225-$275 a night. Call for occasional
special offers.
- Prices do not include 8% lodging tax and $95 cleaning fee.
- All policies, rules, and rates are subject to change.
